EMBAR Monthly Puzzle Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Rush Network LLC, doing business as Vykker, 4629 Cass Street, Box 135, San Diego, CA 92109 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The giveaway runs monthly, starting October 2026. Each monthly entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. PT on the 1st through 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of the month.

4. How to enter. (a) Sign up for Vykker emails at vykker.com. Every person subscribed to Vykker marketing emails at the end of an entry period receives one entry in that month's drawing. Staying subscribed carries your entry into each following month. (b) Free alternate entry: email contact@vykker.com with the subject "Puzzle Giveaway Entry" and your name and mailing address. One alternate-method entry per person per month. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as email-signup entries.

Limit one entry per person per month, regardless of method.

5. Drawing. On or about the 1st of each month, Sponsor will randomly select 3 winners from all eligible entries received during the prior entry period.

6. Prizes. 3 prizes per month. Each prize is one 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle, chosen by the winner from a list of options provided by Sponsor, shipped free to a U.S. address. Approximate retail value: $25 each. Total approximate monthly prize value: $75. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed option is unavailable.

7. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email from contact@vykker.com within 7 days of the drawing. Winners must reply with their puzzle choice and mailing address within 14 days of notification, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month.

9. General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails, or for prizes lost or damaged in shipping. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor may also end the giveaway, or change the number of winners for future months, by posting updated rules on this page at least 7 days before the affected entry period begins. Any entry period already underway will be completed and its drawing honored. Unsubscribing from Vykker emails removes you from future drawings but does not affect a prize already awarded.

10. Privacy. Information collected is used to run the giveaway and send Vykker emails, per the Vykker privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Winners list. For the names of winners (first name and state), email contact@vykker.com within 60 days of a drawing.

12. Governing law. Wyoming law governs. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Klaviyo.
